Hours, Delivery times and Prices:
Our working hours are: Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and on Friday between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.Responsibly of this product after requesting to leave it outside the door or at a neighbor’s house, is on the client or the receiver only.
orders received for Saturday, will be send on Sunday.
Orders can be placed via our web site 24 hours a day 7 days a week and will be sent on working hours only.
Orders for the same day can be made through the web site until 4.00 pm on sunday-Thursday and until 12:00 pm on Fridays.
Responsibly of the product after requesting to leave it outside the door or at a neighbor’s house, is on the client or the receiver only.
We do not work on Friday night or on Saturday.
In case of a local delivery (5 U$) - The order will be sent within 5 hours from it's approval. In case of a long-range delivery the order will be sent in our working hours. any request regarding different delivery times should be confirmed with a representative of our reservation center (via phone or e- mail).
On friday and holidays we can not commit to hours of deliveries - the order will be sent before the Sabbath or the holiday eve.
Orders are charged using NIS currency according to the same day rate.
The minimum price for an order is 75 NIS= 19U$ (delivery is not included) in case of flowers or a plant.
In case of an order of only chocolate and wine (with out flowers or a plant) the minimum price for an order is 100 NIS = 25U$ (delivery is not included).
Cancellation policy:
Order can be cancelled one hour from the time of it's approval and only if the order never left the local florist.
In case of late date orders - the order can be canalled 3 hours before it's execution and if the order never left the local florist.
Any cancellation will be preformed only through our reservation center.
In case the recipient is not available at the given address and the order was returned to the local florist, you will be charged for the delivery fee only, In case you want to resend the order an extra delivery fee will be charged.
